How do we install our floodlights in life?
First, determine the installation location and method of the lamp according to the actual needs of the work site, and then prepare a Φ8-Φ14mm three-core cable with a corresponding length according to the distance from the lamp to the power contact.
Open the end cover of the ballast, unscrew the compression nut of the cable inlet of the ballast, lead the lamp cable and the power wire respectively through the compression nut to the internal terminal of the ballast, fix the connection, and then tighten them separately Cable gland nuts and fasten ballast end caps.
Install the lamp and ballast according to the determined installation position and method, and then connect the other end of the ballast input cable to the 220V power supply according to the explosion-proof requirements to start lighting.
Loosen the screws at the bottom of the lamp holder, you can rotate the lamp holder left and right 360° to adjust the lighting orientation; loosen the screws on both sides of the lamp holder, adjust the lighting angle of the lamp head up and down according to the lighting needs, and then tighten the screws. When replacing the bulb, insert a suitable screwdriver or other tools into the holes on the two raised parts on the side of the front cover to unscrew the front cover, take out the bad bulb, and replace it with a new one.
